The first symptom was vomiting about fifteen minutes after the taking of the emetic. Both the boys vomited almost simultaneously. They vomited without any nausea. The vomiting continued almost every 3 or 4 minutes for an hour and half. They first brought up food and afterwards a thin gelatinous substance. Simultaneously with the 6th vomiting the elder one began to pass thin dirty white stools.
